What you’ll be doing

• Identify and engage high-growth companies ready to scale (startups, scale-ups, enterprise)
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of founders, operators, and decision-makers
• Lead discovery conversations to understand business challenges and growth opportunities
• Position Elevate Up as a strategic growth partner combining AI, operations, and network
• Work closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions for each client
• Develop long-term relationships and partnerships, not transactional deals
• Spot opportunities where we can create real impact (AI, operations, scaling)

What we’re looking for

• Experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales
• Strong understanding of business models, scaling challenges, and growth dynamics
• Ability to communicate with founders and senior decision-makers
• Strategic mindset — you see beyond the sale and think in partnerships
• Self-driven, proactive, comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
• English — strong working level (written & spoken)
